Sales Analyst

As a sales analyst, you will play an important role in driving our sales growth and improving business operations. By analyzing data, identifying trends and providing valuable insights, you will help us make informed decisions that increase revenue and reduce risks. Main job responsibilities

1. Preparing reports and optimization of current sales reports.

2. Collection and analysis of sales data / stocks / Active and Total Customer Bases.

3. Sales forecast based on collected data.

4. Preparing monthly presentations on sales / stocks / Active and Total Customer Bases.

5. Performing reports on the required indicators, downloading data upon request.

6. Weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports.

7. Identification of exceptional cases for Target.

8. Daily analysis of the quality of sales and the execution of the business plan;

Technical criteria (what the candidate should know and be able to):

– Excellent user of Excel (knowledge of formulas and the ability to read them), User of MS Office;

– Knowledge of Power BI, SQL is an advantage;

– 1C program skills is an advantage.

– Ability to work in multitasking mode;

– Sociability, responsibility, punctuality;

– Ability and desire to work in a team;

– Analytical mindset, attention to details;

– Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
