    How to register on the platform?

    Registration of users on the platform is carried out only by the administrator, your manager must submit a request and you will receive a login and password afterwards.

    Is it possible to change the language of the platform interface?

    Yes, go to Profile -> Settings-> Interface Language and select the language that suits you.

    What is the difference between user access and its manager?

    Each manager with a subordinate has a mobile account of the manager. Statistics, team progress, feedback and motivation functions are available in the mobile account.

    Errors
    I followed the link, but the installation did not start.

    If you have iOS (Apple device), then after clicking on the link you need to confirm the installation by clicking on ""Open"" and ""Install"" on the pop-up notifications. After clicking on ""Install"", exit to the home screen and check the app icons. If you have an Android device, then following the link, you will be prompted to download the .apk installation file. Wait for the download to finish and open the file.

    I get a notification about an untrusted enterprise developer or an installation from an unknown source.

    It is common if you install the app from a link. You need to additionally confirm the installation in the device settings. On iOS, go to Settings -> General -> Profiles -> Device Management, select the Equeo OOO developer profile and click ""Trust"". If the developer profile does not show Equeo OOO, then make sure you have already downloaded the application. For this, see paragraph above. On Android, the process to these settings may differ depending on the OS version and device manufacturers. Generally, the process is as following: you need to open Device Settings -> Security -> Unknown Sources -> Select "Allow".

    What should I do if a test or course crashes during incoming call or when another app is active?

    We recommend that you download this material and complete it offline (turn off the Internet). The app will update the results automatically when the Internet is back on.

    What should I do if the video is displayed in landscape orientation while the test questions are in vertical orientation during the course?

    We recommend to send your request once again, check your Spam folder, or contact our support service.

    Notifications
    How will I receive notifications?

    Notifications are sent in the form of push messages. The platform administrator can customize the notification logic and frequency.

    What should I do if I do not receive any alerts and notifications?

    We recommend that you enable ""Notifications"" and disable ""Activity Control"" in your smartphone settings.

    App installation
    The app takes a long time to download or install. What is its size?

    Most likely it is due to unstable or poor Internet connection. The app size is 65 MB and is usually installed in a few seconds.
