Logistics & Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a specialist who will not only coordinate logistics but also build high-quality customer service at all stages of the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service and monitor order fulfillment;
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Interact with logistics, warehouses, 3PL providers, and other departments;
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor SLA fulfillment, and analyze customer inquiries and claims;
  • Logistics Oversight: Oversee logistics operations, including international shipping and customs clearance;
  • Process Optimization: Optimize workflows and participate in digital projects aimed at service improvement;
  • Reporting & Training: Prepare reports, train the team, and implement customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in logistics and/or customer service (preferably in distribution or e-commerce);
  • Hard Skills: Understanding of logistics processes, international transportation, and customs regulations;
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills, with experience working with KPIs and SLAs;
  • Partner Management: Experience interacting with 3PL providers and knowledge of customer service principles;
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively;
  • Languages: Knowledge of English will be an advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Schedule:
    • January to September: 5/2
    • October to December: 6/1
    • Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00;
