Training for Adler executives “Recruitment and adaptation” from an experienced speaker Guzal Akramova

At Adler, we recently held a two-day long training program for the managers of our company on the topic of Recruitment and Adaptation. The training was conducted by the well-known and experienced trainer, Guzal Akramova. The program was designed to equip our managers with the necessary knowledge and skills to recruit and adapt new employees effectively.

The training was packed with lots of useful information, interactive activities, and opportunities for reflection. Guzal Akramova, the trainer, brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the program, and she delivered the content in an engaging and informative manner. She covered a wide range of topics, including recruitment strategies, interviewing techniques, onboarding processes, and employee retention.

The interactive activities were designed to ensure that the participants could apply the knowledge gained in the training to real-life situations. There were role-plays, group discussions, and case studies, which gave the managers a chance to practice their new skills and receive feedback from their peers and the trainer.

Throughout the training, there were opportunities for reflection, where the managers could pause, think about what they had learned, and identify areas for improvement. This was an essential aspect of the program as it helped to ensure that the managers could internalize the new knowledge and make it a part of their professional practice.

Overall, the two-day training program on Recruitment and Adaptation was a great success. The managers left the training feeling equipped with the necessary tools to effectively recruit, onboard and retain new employees, which will undoubtedly lead to better outcomes for our company in the long run.
